Welcome!
I’m Cindy, a bilingual Licensed Mental Health Counselor providing online therapy in English and Spanish to adults across Florida.
I’m glad you’re here.
Therapy can be a place to slow down and finally give attention to the parts of your life that have been difficult to make sense of. Sometimes that means looking at relationships that have shaped you, patterns you keep finding yourself in, or parts of yourself that may have gotten lost along the way.
I believe understanding yourself is an important part of creating change. Our work can give you the opportunity to explore not only what you’re feeling, but where it may be coming from and how your experiences have influenced the way you relate to yourself and others.
There is no one-size-fits-all approach to healing. We’ll focus on what matters to you, build on your strengths, and work toward changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your life.
You deserve the opportunity to understand your story without being defined by it.
What Therapy With Me Looks Like
Therapy with me is pretty laid-back. You don't have to have the right words or have everything figured out before you show up. We'll move at your pace.
I'll gently open the door to explore things more deeply, but if you're not ready to go there, we'll close that door and come back to it when the time feels right. This is your space.
I'm honest, transparent, and sometimes a little direct, but always with kindness. If I notice something that's keeping you stuck, I'll probably challenge it because I want to help you grow, not keep you where you are. I also love giving practical tools, skills, and the occasional homework so you can continue building on what we work on between sessions.
A Few Things I Believe
You don’t have to hit rock bottom to deserve support.
Understanding your patterns can help you begin changing them.
Healing can be serious and still include humor.
Growth can feel uncomfortable and still be worth it.
You’re allowed to have needs, set boundaries, and take up space in your own life.
Beyond The Therapy Room
When I’m not in the therapy room, you can usually find me spending time with friends, planning my next adventure, or searching Google Flights for the next great travel deal. I love spontaneous ice cream runs, discovering new places, and those everyday moments that somehow turn into little adventures.
I’m also a proud Universal Studios annual passholder, although roller coasters and I have a complicated relationship. When I’m not traveling or at a theme park, I’m probably watching a movie or turning my car into my own personal concert; music up and singing at the top of my lungs.
I believe there’s a lot of joy to be found in the little moments, the people we love, and the things that make us feel most like ourselves.

Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) is a brief, structured, trauma-informed approach that may help individuals process distressing memories, emotions, and experiences. ART incorporates elements such as guided imagery, relaxation, and eye movements to support the processing of difficult experiences and the development of more adaptive emotional responses. I have completed basic ART training and may incorporate applicable ART-informed techniques into therapy when clinically appropriate and within my scope of practice.
